cobain tempat per-rotian di plaza senayan, tempatnya nyempil, tp lumayan bervariasi rotinya. better buat take away sih soalnya gaada tmpt buat dine in. aku coba oat cranberry scones, canele, n dark choco scones. teksturnya padat dan ga terlalu manis. harganya 30rban which is ok

A hidden gem. Proper bread. They got scones, sourdough, cross buns, cinnamon rolls and pretzels. High quality breads.

Kalau ada yang kangen Roti Stollen atau Panettone yang biasanya cuma ada di Christmas season, jangan ragu mampir Bule Bread karena tersedia disini dengan harga kurang lebih di kisaran IDR 300 Ribu++ Minggu kemarin kami sibuk cari Roti Stollen di Jakarta, tapi susah ketemu, alhasil cari yang mirip saja, eh pas lewat Bule Bread ini ternyata ada donk.. duh sayang banget kami terlambat.. 🥺 Dan staffnya juga ramah dan helpful walaupun kami baru tanya-tanya seperti tamu 😬 #nofilter #honestjudgementbynonstopmakan

Best Soudough in Jakarta !!

I love canele and scones. Thus I aimed for these two and was fully satisfied. Try it yourself! 🙃 There had been an awkwardness, though... every time after I said what I wanted, the counter staff would immediately ask 'anything else?'. And it was not like I took a few minutes being indecisive; I was eyeing for another item.. she just had to ask so right after I spoke. So it kept repeating to the point of annoying :( Another thing was grease from the products seeped through the paper bag; would be great if greaseproof bag was used.

Croutons, pretzels, and its sourdough are good!

Ada juga disini jual berbagai kue,pastry,dan roti berbahan sourdogh. Rasa juga nayamul kalo kata gw. Roti juga gak terlalu keras. Apalagi pukis dan sconesnya. Croutons aja yang gw gak suka, keras dan kering buat gw. Pelayanan okelah..

Finally a proper scones 😍

This sourdough bakery is owned by a mixed couple, where the husband is bule. When the business appeared for the first time, they were only in online, and now finally they have their offline store in Plaza Senayan. Bule Bread serves various sourdough, scones, soft cookies focaccia, bagel, pretzel, canele. They provide some free testers that we could try. I tried their Canele and it was so good! I loved it ❤️ I had their Mushroom Focaccia. We could ask them to heat it. The sourdough base combines well with the mushrooms. The texture isn't that hard, and the taste isn't that sour either. Recommended! I definitely will try the other products at Bule Bread 😉

Didn't know they opened a pop up at Plaza Senayan used to order during Covid Times, ordered the Bagel (25k) to takeaway probably the best sourdough bread in J-Town do give their rye sourdough bread a try 😇
