I am a fan of doughlab but the past 2 purchases have been disappointing. This last one i bought was the bff and the cookie tasted dry and undercooked. It didnt taste like a fresh batch.

Kopi lumayan (long black, cappuccino), bundle sama soft cookies (flower child). Sayangnya service dari waitress yang perempuan kureng banget, jutek dan kasar pelayanannya. Semoga bisa lebih baik lagi.

aku padahal beli 1 item 20k aja karna emg ga biasa makan banyak trs aku bnyk tanya, tp mba nya sangat ramahh baik tidak mandang outfit ras dll pls bagus bgt deserve all the star

The scotchbae is the king of cookies here as far as Im concerned. Perfection in cookie form. I always try ordering other flavors, but even though they are good, or even very good, the entire time im eating it, im thinking "I sure wish this was a scotchbae". Lol. With that said, the BFF is pretty awesome and #2 if you love chocolate chip.

Pricey cookies with plenty of variations.

Delicious cookies. As I live in Jakarta I order from DoughLab practically every 2 weeks. I recommend the Diva, Funnfetti and the Scoth Bae.

Pelayan bad attitude

ordered the wrong cookies for kids, made payment… 1 minute later I realized I ordered the cookie (packaging all not opened); I asked to change to the correct cookie type but the staff said “Sorry cannot change due to Moka payment system”. Such horrible SOP! Will not buy cookies here again! Please change your SOP to accommodate to busy forgetful working Moms/ parents.

cashier was horrible, one lady was taking too long and then it was us, but then the cashier took the person behind us their order. just because we’re kids. btw cashier wad a girl wearing square glasses. kasirnya mengerikan, ada seorang wanita yang terlalu lama dan kemudian kami, tetapi kemudian kasir tersebut mengambil pesanan orang di belakang kami. hanya karena kami anak-anak. ngomong-ngomong, kasirnya adalah seorang gadis yang memakai kacamata persegi.

Pelayanan kurang bagus, mau bayar dan di panggil saja saling lempar' an karyawan 1 dan sama lain gak mau layanin malah saling suruh'an

Pelayannya lemot g sigap minta bungkus kg di samper2in buat bungkus giliran udh habis baru datang nanya mana yg mau di bungkus telatttttttt sigap dong

Kalau cookiesnya gausah diragukan! Enak banget, rasanya pas, semuanya enak! Untuk soft icecreamnya terlalu manis.

Ga perlu komen panjang lebar kan.. review2 sdh membuktikan. Kesini cuma karna pengen ngemil cantik aja. Tidak pernah mengecewakan lah

Bought for not favorite item, I chose for cranberry, newyork, the og, taste are good but still too sweet for me. They might adjust taste to Indonesian. So for okay as an option for soft cookies

Poshy looking New York style cookies place. With an assortment of cookies my favourite is the nationalist. Red velvet cookie dough with cream cheese filling. Moist and kind of crispy with a yummy cream cheese filling. Definitely a hit with sweet tooth people and rather then a donut would probably choose this 😝

쿠키가 단짠단짠이라서 중독성 있어요 ㅋㅋ 인도네시아 쿠키 중 젤 맛있는듯

Cookie dough sundae super gewd! Coba pertama kali di PS, a while ago, terlalu manis. Kemudian coba lagi di sency, udah gak terlalu manis. Gooey treat ✨

Alternatif yg oke buat tempat nunggu org sambil duduk2 santai ngemil manis2. Untuk yg original harganya cukup bersahabat 35rb dapet 5 biji. Tempat duduknya jg nyaman. Modelan kukisnya bukan yg garing tp yg chewy yahh, enak kok dan manisnya jg pas 👌🏻 …

Mau beli doughlab buat oleh oleh ke sepupu, datang kamis malam jam 9.30pm, udah sisa sedikit stok yang masih available nya. Kebetulan Gold Digger habis, tapi ternyata mbak nya bilang kalau mau nunggu bisa, masih di oven, estimasi nunggu sekitar 15 menit. Akhirnya saya tunggu deh dan pesan 2 Gold Digger. Doughlab disini baru, waktu awal opening sempat kesini dan ada promo buy 1 get 1 untuk menu yang sama. Disini tersedia cukup banyak seat dan colokan, jadi bisa jadi tempat work from cafe. Pelayanannya juga sangat amat ramah, baik hati sekali. Terimakasih :)

Good cookies its chewy, I ordered the macadamia cookie, it is bit chewy with a lot macadamia nuts. The soft serve was nice. The customer service is good.

beli ini pas grand opening nya dough lab di sency. promo nya pas itu b1g1 free, jd lgsg cus lah cobain soft serve nya. ini aku pilih yg es krimnya campur coklat sm vanilla, cookies nya juga bisa pilih, crumble nya juga. ini enaaak, manis tapi ga ngiung gitu pas aja. buat cookies bawa pulangnya jg beli diva yg warna item itu yg ada caramel sm hint salt nya. overall puas jajan di sini~
