udah dua kali kesini karna makanan enak, tapi dua kali juga pelayanannya ketus. kirain udah ada improvement karna bad reviews mostly karna pelayanan ternyata masih sama aja. jadi mikir2 mau balik lg, padahal makanan oke banget

Pesen salt bread, mont blanc, Dubai chewy cookie sama matcha latte. Semuanya ok, kecuali matcha latte nya biasa aja. Ambience nya enak. Untuk belajar dan baca buku cocok banget. Tapi ga bisa lama2 karena ga ada musholla nya

dessertnya lumayan, but little bit to sweet for me, highlight menu: cereal milk latte & salt bread, tempatnya juga bagus cuman memang gak terlalu luas. Tapi pelayanannya yaampun, bener-bener minus, kita datang tidak di greetings, staffnya tidak senyum sama sekali, ditanya jg jawabannya ketus. btw ini keadaanya masih pagi dan tidak ada org selain kita ya. please Gotham dievaluasi lg pelayanan staffnya krn kata teman saya memang sblmnya datng ke sini pelayaanya jg buruk.

Ambience di cafe ini cocok buat WFC, dan kalau kalian mau datang ber-group disana ada 2 room yg buat banyak orang estimasi muat 8-10 org (1 room semi-privat, dan 1 room private). Awalnya mau pesan soft serve ice cream ternyata out of stock,jadinya pesan cake tiramisu. Cake tiramisu nya enak dan gak terlalu heavy pas di santap.Untuk orderannya, kita ambil sendiri. Overall oke sih, bisa jadi salah satu list kalau lg craving dessert.

Makanan & minumannya enak bgtt, apalagi saltbread pistachionyaaa juarakkk!!🤩🤩. Tempatnya juga aesthetic & super duper nyamannn, pelayannya juga friendly jadi bikin happy!!

ac nya tidak dingin. pelayanannya awalnya lambat, baby chair saya ambil sendiri, tapi pas anak ku muntah, cepat dia beresin. rasa makanan biasa aja, tapi bolelah bukan gak enak juga

2026 Update: Tried the salt bread, Pistachio chocolate salt bread, and Cereal Milk salt bread. The original salt bread was good, a 7.5 - 8 out of 10. Very good, though FLOR makes 10 out of 10 salt bread no one can touch. The Cereal milk salt bread was a 9 out of 10. Very tasty, and the filling combined with the corn flake topping is something I'd order again and again. The Pistachio chocolate salt bread was about a 6 out of 10. Not bad, but the pistachio filling didn't taste much like pistachio at all. No nuttiness, and somewhat tasteless. Not something I'd order again. Cereal milk for the win though. I've tasted most items at Gotham by this point, and I often check their Instagram to see what's coming up next because I enjoy the creative menu. ----------------------------- Original Feedback: The giant chocolate chip cookie I ordered definitely makes my top 5 of all time list. Talk about perfection. Super creamy on the inside with all the milk chocolate chunks, but slightly crispy on the outside. Worth it for sure. The milk pie was also perfectly executed. However, I really need to point out that with the milk pie, the true star of the show wasn't the filling, it was the super thick, unbelievably tasty crust! If they decided to sell just the crust by itself, I'd still be placing my order! Now that I've tasted a few fantastic offerings from Gotham, I'm looking forward to trying the rest of the menu.

Jujur belum pernah ke cafe nya langsung tapi selalu beli dubai chewy cookie di Gotham Treats! aku udah beli mungkin 6 kali deh, filling nya enak bangett dan rasanya pas, cuma mungkin ini pakai mochi yaa? jadi saran aku coba bikin pakai marshmallow pleasee<3

Sebenernya semua makanannya enak, kopinya juga enak, tp servicenya sedikit kurang friendly, semoga bisa ditingkatin yaa

Salted bread yg double choco nya enak, kopinya jg enak. Tempatnya nyaman buat wfc jg.

Padahal beberapa kali ngopi disini , sekali waktu meeting sama tmn2 tmptnya ga sediain tempat sholat , pas giliran kita izin mau sholat di sebelah meja ga boleh parahh . Demi apapun ttp ga boleh krn dr owner nya perintah begitu . Padahal di luar hujan gede . Dan akhirnya kt ttp sholat di situ meskipun di larang . Note : mulai skng boleh deh sediain tempat sholat dri pada VIP yg gede bgt itu .

Cookies dan salt bread enakkk, harga over price; air mineral 35rb 🙈. Service tidak ramah sama sekali. Meja2 yang kursinya aga banyak harus ada minimum order dan dibatasi jam nya jadi ga nyaman buat nongkrong.

Pas dateng kesini bener2 lagi sepi jadi enakkk banget buat ngobrol heart to heart sama suami.. Basque nya enak, SALT BREAD nyaa paling poll enaknya..cobain yang salmon mentai dehhhh!!!my favo! Nice hospitality, surely comeback!

Definitely needs to improve its service. Do not put an introverted person at the cashier or in a customer-facing role. This was our first time here. We opened the door and received no greeting at all. As first-time customers, we didn’t know how it worked—should we sit, go straight to the cashier, or something else? The staff stayed silent. We put our bags down at one of the tables and went to the cashier to place our order. When we asked about the items in the menu, the cashier answered in a mumbled voice. We could barely hear him. That’s not acceptable—he couldn’t communicate clearly. When we left, the staff were still busy with their own things. Again, no greeting or acknowledgment. As for the products: the bread was awesome, the cappuccino was solid, and the ice cream was a 6/10. Will not come back. Almost forgot, other than the pastries and the cakes, everything was overpriced.

Kalau awalnya mungkin orang-orang tahu brand ini karena big cookiesnya, cobain deh lemon cheesecake pienya mereka! Enaaak lho, fillingnya enggak terlalu heavy jadi sangat bisa dimakan langsung habis 1 porsi! Mereka juga baru ngeluarin salt bread..walaupun di Jakarta uda banyak bangeeeet yang bikin tapi cobain buatan Gotham Treats! Spicy abon, salmon mentai dan coffee salt breadnya patut diancungin jempol!

this place is so peak. the four times ive been here, i always get their ube menus. none of them have disappointed. especially this one, their ube basque cheesecake. the tangy flavor of the yogurt mixed perfectly well with the sweet yet crumbly biscuit, creating a balanced equilibrium of cheesecake. the ube halaya gave it such a satisfying texture, its definitely worth to try. their cookies and drinks are also bomb. i also recommend the ice creams they have in their fridge. whenever i go here i feel blessed to have been birthed into this world where i can experience this absolute museum of food masterpieces. go here. trust me.

I love its any kind of salt bread though they also have some cookies and others pastry. For coffee, they use beans from Expat Coffee Roastery.

New hang out place. Love the vibes, decor, food & beverages are top notch. Will come back for more!

The new renovation transcends the old milkbar theme to a more classy cafe. Definetly cozy offering still the best cookies in Jakarta. But dont sleep on their bolobun you will be mind blown with the chewiness pastry and cold butter.

Gotham - Gandaria A new coffeeshop plus bakery yang letaknya di area asri dekat taman di Jln Gandaria IV no 15. Titik gmaps nya meleset namun patokannya adalah posisinya ada di sebelah Bakmi Ganteng. Facade depannya asri dan cakep seperti rumah era klasik modern. Seating areanya full indoor dan ada area smoking di bagian backyardnya yang cantik. Tersedia juga spot untuk meeting yang cukup luas. Untuk interiornya bergaya klasik modern yang vibesnya seperti di rumah jaman dulu. Untuk menu sangat lengkap, saya memesan hot cappuccino yang beansnya dari Expat Patria yang tastenya light, creamy, nutty and chocolate. Overall, coffeeshop yang nyaman untuk ngopi, menikmati pastry dan bakery yang vibesnya di rumah klasik modern.

Absolutely loved it! The coffee was rich, smooth, and full of flavor — exactly what you'd want to kickstart your day. But the real surprise? The cookies. Hands down some of the best I’ve had — warm, soft, and just the right amount of sweetness. Can’t wait to come back!

Kenapa harus bayar parkir sih? Tiap beli pake grab selalu di tagih parkir dan difotoin ada tukang parkirnya. Saya suka banget pie nya dan berkali-kali beli. Tapi sebel banget kalau ditagih parkir.

Ice cream-nya lumayan enak, tapi menurutku yang benar-benar standout itu susu serealnya! Rasanya creamy, manisnya pas, dan ada hint rasa sereal yang bikin nagih. Kalau kesini, aku lebih prefer beli susu serealnya daripada ice cream-nya. Tapi overall, tempatnya nyaman buat nongkrong dan pilihan cookies cukup menarik!
