Staffnya ramah-ramah banget! Lokasinya agak sedikit terpencil tapi dalamnya spacious dan homey. Chocolate cakenya enak walau menurutku sendiri terlalu dense. Tapi moist dan coklat banget! Pistachio cake enak tapi agak dry. Rasa pistachionya sendiri kurang keluar. Rasanya jadi manis vanilla dengan hint pistachio aja gt.

I ordered through Gofood. I see they have a larger branch in Bogor - maybe where they started out. Really happy that they use alternatives to sugar and flour. The cheesecake and brownies tasted great! I was a bit surprised that the portions were rather small for the price, but I understand the alternative ingredients are expensive. Also, I believe they use erythritol as the sugar replacement - this consumption preference comes back to each individual.

Sói Bakehouse yang ada di Sentul, sekarang buka cabang kedua di area Jakarta Selatan. Tempatnya ga terlalu besar, namun cukup cozy. Playlist lagunya enak, wifi dan stop kontak juga tersedia. Btw mereka di sini ada yang vegan dan gluten free. Selain roti ada cake dan kopi juga. Aku pesan menu bundling for breakfast, salt bread + americano. Salt breadnya pilih yang truffle cheese, duh enak banget, trufflenya juga terbilang bold. Tekstur empuknya juga pas, suka deh. Americanonya pakai beans Bali kalau ga salah ingat, pakai beans hasil dari roastingan kakak sang owner. Aku order yang iced, segar dan wangi, 1 gelas juga cukup banyak.

Akhirnya bisa nyobain juga Sóí Bakehouse setelah sekian lama. Semua rotinya vegan friendly but not the cake. Too bad karna pengen marmer tape nya padahal. But it's okay karna rotinya was superb!! Vegan toast w Pumpkin Kaya Jam nya enak bangettt dan Salted Bread w cheesy (vegan) truffle nya juga enakkkk. Americano nya enakk, pake arabika jadi ada rasa asemnya keluar. Not to forget Blueberry Citrus Fizz nya. Ada manis, asem, segerrr. Definitely will be back here!
