Tanggal 6 Januari saya check in d Harris Cibinong ini. Pelayanan dari bagian Front Office a/n Mas rizky dan satunya lagi saya lupa namanya Perempuan saat itu sangat membantu dari segi informasi area hotel dan sekitarnya. Fasilitas dan room pun tidak ada masalah. Dan thank you so much untuk birthday cake, wording mirror dan Towel artnya. Untuk varian breakfast sangat variatif dan banyak pilihannya. Namun kebetulan istri saya makan lontong sayur, lontongnya ada bbrpa yg agak keras, omelette cheesenya enak, cold cut nya juga oke. Brownies dan soto semarangnya enak. Over All oke untuk pelayanan restaurant dan cashiernya.

Pelayanannya super nyaman dan ramah sekali untuk mba april reception , bisa early check in dgn mba april. Tapi kurang untuk pelayanan restonya padahal sudah pernah nginep 2x disini anehnya anak saya umur ank 6t dikenain charge baru kali ini dihotel haris lokasi lain ga terhitung tuh. Awarning aja buat kalian bawa ank 5t dan 6y disini kena charge. Setelah mintain keterangan kenapa sebelumnya anak saya ga dikenain charge dia gabisa jawab dan gugup gitu .

Pengennya bintang sempurna, cmn krna saya baru menggunakan fasilitas kolam renang nya jd blm bs kasih bintang sempurna. Kenapa utk fasilitas kolam renang cmn bintang 2, 1. Fasiltas bilas nya mengecewakan. Genangan air nya parah.saluran airnya terkesan mampet. Jadi Tidak kering terkesan jorok. 2. wc nya, mampet menggenang, smp hrs lbh dr 10x ngflus bikin keringat dingin jd keluar.padahal ini sangat vital... Tolong deh lebih diperhatikan lg utk fihak menejemen harris. Harus nya kalau sudah diumumkan fasilitas kolam renangnya bisa untuk umum.. Fasilitas penunjangnya pun di jaga lah.. Sekelas harris... Kalau utk kolam nya okelah... Airnya tdk begitu merusak.. Mungkin krna sirkulasi air nya baik dan posisi lagi hujan terus y...

Lokasi sangat mudah ditemukan karena sebelah an dengan mall Cibinong. Hotel yang baru, bersih, wangi. Fasilitas lengkap. Playground nya asik. Kolam renang luas. Staff ramah. Saya meminta complimentary kue ulang tahun diberikan free. Suka banget. Kebersihan kamar, tempat tidur empuk, anak-anak nyaman banget main di kamar juga karena lantai nya karpet jadi kita ga takut licin dsb nya. Makanan sarapan enak-enak semua dan komplit. Overall kami sekeluarga sangat menikmati menginap disini. Lobi luas dengan banyak sofa untuk menunggu, lift juga terdia 3 tanpa menunggu lama, lobby juga terkoneksi dengan CCM, anti bosan pokoknya. Staff juga sangat ramah Kamar luas dengan 2 sisi pemandangan, wangi, shower dan kloset yang terpisah, terdapat meja kerja dan sofa minimalis untuk bersantai. Menu sarapan juga beragam mulai salad, sereal, makanan berat, potato wedges, sosis, jagung dan ubi, gado-gado, egg station, noodles station, pastries dan desserts, ada juga buah potong dan buah utuh, coffee maker juga ada. Kolam renang bersih, dewasa kedalaman 1.3, ada juga buat anak yang dangkal. Jam 7 sudah bisa dipakai. Handuk juga tersedia, ruang ganti yang dilengkapi shower. Ada juga kids club untuk balita bermain. Parkir motor juga ada dibasment terpisah dengan parkir CCM Catatan: Tempat menaruh teh kopi gula di kamar agak kurang bersih dibersihkannya karena bagian dalam masih ada airnya Potato wedges dan sosis lama dalam refill padahal masih jam 7 pagi, mungkin dapat ditambahkan juga baked bean untuk melengkapi dalam menu

Overall oke ya, kamar bersih, lobby luas, dekat dengan cibinong city mall. Dekat juga dengan stadion pakansari karena kebetulan ada perlu untuk acara disana. Staff juga ramah-ramah. Restauran juga luas. Cuma saat saya menginap tanggal 1 Februari 2026 Minggu pagi alarm kebakaran berbunyi cukup lama, sehingga saya dan anak anak saya harus menuruni tangga darurat dari LANTAI 10, ternyata sampai di lobby konfirmasi ke staff bahwa kebakaran tidak ada, menurut saya itu kesalahan fatal ya dari pihak hotel. Kejadian tersebut buat anak saya trauma sampai menangis dan muntah-muntah.

Pengalaman menginap yang luar biasa di Harris Hotel & Convention Cibinong. Disambut dengan sangat ramah oleh mbak Sri saat check in. Mbak Sri pula yang memenuhi request mirror painting dari kami. Terimakasih, mbak Sri, Mirror Paintingnya keren 🤩 Kami menginap di kamar Suite. Melebihi ekspektasi. Kamar ini sangat luas, besih, dan nyaman. Sofa'nya besar, meja makan terpisah, bed lebar yg nyaman, bathroom yg juga luas. Di hotel ini, air mineral di kamar sangat melimpah. Ada beragam buah di piring. Juga snack dan macam-macam minuman di kulkas. Dan tentu terimakasih sekali, request kami untuk Mountain View, dipenuhi. Kolam renang outdoor'nya juga oke, meski kami tidak berenang. Saat breakfast, menunya banyak dan beragam. Untuk additional breakfast, seharga Rp. 200.000,- / pack. Dan nilai plus lainnya adalah, hotel ini terhubung langsung dengan Cibinong City Mall. Tadinya kami berencana menginap dua malam. Karena --mungkin-- musim liburan, kami yg booking H-1 hanya 'kebagian' satu malam, karena full. Terimakasih, mbak April... Untuk anda yang mau bikin acara corporate di sini, saran saya lebih baik putar balik deh. Saya dijanjikan untuk bisa setting ballroom di jam 4 sore. Tapi pas dateng, tidak ada tim support yang stand by. Sesimpel minta gong dipasang di panggung aja malah dibalikin dengan nada "Cuma mau diambilin gong aja kan?! Yaudah iya tim saya yang kerjain" Lalu dengan polosnya satu teknisi di belakangnya bilang "kalo gua sendiri mah berat pak". Karena udah terlalu lama akhirnya tim saya inisiatif angkut gong SENDIRI. Buat bapak2 yang pakai jas dengan perawakan besar, saya gak tahu nama Anda, tapi sebagai orang yang juga menjual jasa, tolong SEGERA perbaiki attitude anda. Anda gak pantas ngomong dengan nada tinggi ke klien anda yang NUNGGU dari jam 4 sore dan baru bisa gladi jam 8 malam. Pas gladi mulai, tiba-tiba ada TIKUS masuk ke ballroom😂 mau komplen juga ga ada tim yang stand by dan udah males nyari kesana kemari. Venue mewah, fasilitas oke, tapi terkubur oleh pelayanan yang JELEK BANGET untuk ukuran Harris.

Kak Safa nya baik ramah dengan pertanyaan2nya. Untuk layanan so far so good. Selang shower di kamar bocor, sudah telpn resepsionis tp karena mau kegiatan jd belum cek hasilnya. Makanan nilai 7-8, bubur keenceran, pan omeletnya kyknya udah lengket, kasian jg td yg handle omelet sendiri masih handle mie juga.

Dari mulai tiba di hotel, saya langsung disambut dengan pelayanan ramah dari Mba April di Front Office. 1.Proses check-in dibantu dengan sangat profesional dan efisien. Mba April juga memberikan informasi lengkap mengenai fasilitas hotel dan membantu memilih kamar yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan saya. 2.Selama menginap, setiap kali saya membutuhkan bantuan, Mba April selalu responsif dan melayani dengan sikap yang sangat friendly. 3.Kamar hotelnya bersih, wangi, dan nyaman. Sebagai warga bojonggede. Oke banget sih nginep disini. Pas banget dapat kamar di ujung jadi bisa full view. Sayangnya area kolam renang, banyak bapak-bapak yang merokok. Ya kali olahraga melebarkan paru malah diisi sama asap rokok 😒 So far oke sih, akses langsung ke CCM jg bikin nyaman.
