Hotel SANGAT RAME MALAM2 ada musik keras sekali terdengar di kamar yang membuat STRESS TIDAK BISA TIDUR. Kami menginap 2 malam dan 2 malam itu setiap mau tidur ada musik keras sekali. Jadi tidak hanya sesekali ya, tapi 2 MALAM BERTURUT-TURUT. Dan juga tidak sebentar, musiknya berlangsung kira2 DARI JAM 9 SAMPAI 12 TENGAH MALAM. utk orang yang harus bangun pagi kerja, meeting, ke bandara dll pasti sangat terganggu. Menginap di hotel tujuannya bisa istirahat, ini malah bikin stress denger musik keras sampai larut malam sekali. Entah karena tembok gedung hotel terlalu tipis, atau soundproofing kurang secure atau memang musiknya KERAS SEKALI, tapi kami di waktu breakfast sempat ngobrol dengan tamu lain, mereka juga merasa terganggu musiknya karena sudah tidur dan terbangun di tengah malam tidak bisa tidur lagi. Terlepas dari gangguan suara, kamar waktu cek in juga dalam kondisi tidak bersih. tempat sampah yg ada di kamar MASIH ADA SAMPAHNYA dari tamu sebelum, dan sampah itu ada termasuk makanan basag yang mulai BAU karena sudah ditinggal disana seharian mungkin lebih. Keamanan juga agak kurang karena selama menginap 2 malam kami tidak melihat satpam pada pintu akses masuk jalan raya. Orang bisa ambil lift dari jalan raya langsung ke lantai utk kamar2. Tidak harus melewati security atau lobby dahulu, bisa langsung saja.

Kamarnya cukup untuk kami berwisata sejenak memandang indahnya kota jakarta . Yunita sangat ceria membantu kami proses cek in yg cepat kamarnya juga nyaman banget . Lokasi sangt dekat kemana mana
Booking studio 35 udh request pgn windows besar , sudirman view.. tetep aja pas check in di kasih ya windows kecil, resepsionisnya jg jutek
Kapok dan tidak akan menginap lagi di Artotel Hub Simpang Temu Jakarta. 2 kamar 1.950k per malem Kami memesan 2 kamar (request connecting room), namun saat check-in jam 15.00 hanya 1 kamar yang ready. Kamar kedua baru siap pukul 16.50, itu pun kami diminta mengambil kunci sendiri. tapi akhirnya kami suruh anter aja. Selain keterlambatan kamar, informasi terkait parkir gratis juga tidak dijelaskan sejak awal. Staf baru memberi tahu bahwa untuk parkir gratis harus mendaftar terlebih dahulu saat check-in. Akibatnya, kami dikenakan biaya parkir sebesar Rp105.000. Kami sudah menginap di hotel puluhan kali, dan biasanya jika ada prosedur khusus seperti parkir, staf selalu menjelaskan dari awal. Namun kali ini, informasi tersebut tidak disampaikan dengan jelas. Pelayanan staf juga terkesan kurang ramah dan kurang informatif. Kesimpulannya, pengalaman menginap kali ini sangat mengecewakan. Untuk pelayanan, saya beri bintang 1. Tidak akan menginap kembali di sini. Bukti berupa screenshot terlampir.

Hotel yg strategis, dengan kamar yg nyaman, breakfast enak2, udah ke 2x nya nginap disini dan kayanya bakal lagganan,, semua staffnya jg baik ramah, bikin betah, apalagi ka Ara yg melayani kami dgn baik selama breakfast, udh 5 malam total nginep disini belum ada kecewa sama pelayanannya
Kamar bagus, modern, minimalist. Lokasi strategis. Hanya saja team operational slow response terutama team Room Division (FO HK) Yang fast response di WA ketika night shift saja. Kendala kamar saya: kamar bocor di dekat kaca, telpon kamar di setting DND, pas check out WA official tidak response lebih dari 30 menit untuk permintaan trolly ke kamar saya. Dan untungnya ada staff back office lewat sy info untuk kontak FO segera terkait permintaan trolly.

Terimakasih untuk pengalaman manis yang tidak terlupakan 🙏🏻 Ruangannya luas, ranjangnya empuk dan nyaman (bersih). Didalam kamar juga disediakan seluruh perlengkapan dengan lengkap, mulai dari perlengkapan mandi, lalu hairdryer, ironing kit, sampai disiapkan juga free snack. TV nya juga besar dengan Wi-Fi yang baik, cocok untuk family vacation. Cocok juga untuk business trip yang bawa anak. Dikamar mandinya, juga semuanya lengkap, jadi nggak khawatir kalau kelupaan bawa peralatan pribadi Servicenya baik, saya dilayani dengan baik dan ramah. Lokasinya strategis, deket sama transportasi umum, jadi fleksibel kalau mau kemana-mana. Dideket hotelnya sendiri juga ada berbagai pedagang kaki lima, mini market, foodcourt (digedung yang sama). Saya mencoba beberapa mocktail kreatif, seperti Es Tambring Punch dan Gaharu Sbagliato, yang menyegarkan dan unik. Ada juga kopi spesial dengan metode seduh manual yang aromanya luar biasa. Tempatnya top banget, di tengah kota jadi gampang ke mana aja. Emang sih fasilitasnya belum selengkap hotel besar (nggak ada kolam renang/gym), tapi kamarnya keren parah—apalagi yang tipe 25 & 35, bisa lihat city view. sy bersama keluarga menginap 2 mlm disini dan saat kami keluar tdk ada penjelasan apapun terkait parkir kendaraan hanya resepsionis menanyakan apakah ada yg perlu di cap krn paham di hotel lain perlu cap utk keluar kami kasih karcis parkir ternyata karcis yg di cap engga otomatis trrscan sehingga saat keluar kami harus menggunakan kartu e money dan kena hampir 200 rb..saat komplain ke hotel hanya dibilang hrsnya karcis diberikan ke petugas di basement padahal diawali engga dibilang kasih petugas dan selama kami di basement taro2 barang tdk ada satupun petugas hotel yg standby disana...jd mengecewakan sekali pengalaman menginap disini
