Pelayanan nya super super guudd! Kamarnya luas, nyaman, aku dapet yg langsung menghadap pacific place, kalo malem bagus view nya. Di toilet lengkap ada hairdryer, setrika dll. Mini bar nya juga oke!👌🏻 wangi lobby nya! Cuma titik nya kadang gak pas maps gt ya di beberapa aplikasi gocar gt. Tapi sofar okeee!!

Kamar oke, fasilitas lengkap, ruang meeting baik, pelayanan staff biasa aja, makanan bad banget. Masa tongseng kambing rasanya prengus banget sampe ga kemakan, breakfast karena fullboard dipisahkan di ruang meeting, tidak masalah, tp jam 6.30 makanan msh belum siap semua. Egg corner blm siap, bubur bahkan belum ada kuah karinya, tidak ada kecap juga, rasa buburnya hambar.

Kami menghargai apresiasi Bapak terhadap kamar, kelengkapan fasilitas, serta ruang meeting yang kami sediakan. Namun di sisi lain, kami sangat menyesal atas ketidaknyamanan yang dirasakan, khususnya terkait pelayanan staf dan kualitas makanan yang tidak memenuhi harapan. Masukan mengenai rasa tongseng kambing yang kurang berkenan, kesiapan sarapan yang belum optimal pada pukul 06.30, serta kelengkapan dan rasa menu bubur dan egg corner telah kami catat dengan serius. Hal ini tentu tidak mencerminkan standar pelayanan dan kualitas yang ingin kami berikan kepada setiap tamu. Kami telah meneruskan hal ini kepada tim terkait, khususnya Food & Beverage dan operasional pagi, untuk segera dilakukan evaluasi dan perbaikan agar kejadian serupa tidak terulang di kemudian hari. Sekali lagi, kami mohon maaf atas pengalaman yang kurang menyenangkan tersebut. Lokasi yg exelent di jantung bisnis ibukota. Staff nya ramah, fasilitasnya bagus, sayang lokasi swimming pool nya tidak diteduhi dgn pepohonan, jadi sangat panas setelah jam 9.00 dan tdk terlalu luas

Kemarin saya dan keluarga berbuka puasa di Discovery Hotel, dan honestly pengalaman kami sangat menyenangkan. Stayed with my family for 2 nights under the “Your Weekend, Your Story” package, which included a complimentary extra bed. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were warm and helpful. The location is excellent — right in the center of SCBD and close to Gelora Bung Karno. The swimming pool was quite large, with a beautiful view of the SCBD skyscrapers — a nice spot to relax and unwind. The only downside was the breakfast. The options were limited and served à la carte, and there was an additional charge for my children (aged 7 and 9), which felt a bit unreasonable since they ate very little. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with great service and a convenient location, though the breakfast experience could be improved.

The room was very spacious for 2 people. Great selection for the ala carte buffet breakfast, with great popcorn latte. Then the pool has a great view of the city with full length pool and jacuzzi. It was very near to the Gelora stadium, where we attended the Blackpink concert. The reception and all personel were friendly and accommodating. Would like to come back if I stay again in Jakarta.
The location beats any other hotels in Jakarta Selatan. Big room with comfy bed, bathroom is spotless clean, complete with amenities, we had a very pleasant stay at Discovery SCBD. It's right smack in the SCBD area yet we had no issue of sleeping as there's no traffic noise at all. ||SCBD park is just 5mins away by walking. Grab is easily available. Pacific Place Mall is great for shopping too. The staff are friendly and would help you in every way they could. Had a nice chat with Pak Adi at the lobby area before we left. Definitely worth an appreciation by the management.
This hotel offers an outstanding experience. The room was spacious, modern, and spotless also perfect for Business & Leisure. What impressed me most was the warmth of the staff—they truly made me feel at home. Facilities are complete—pool, gym, and restaurant all excellent. Highly recommended!

An Absolutely Perfect Stay! Highly Recommended! "We had a fantastic stay! The room was spacious, modern, and very clean. The city view from our window was stunning, especially at night. What truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible staff—so friendly and helpful. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk across the street to Pacific Place mall. We loved swimming in the pool in the late afternoon and soaking up the relaxing weekend vibe of the SCBD area. We can't wait to return!

I like this Hotel. This is my second visit. The staff are super friendly, they have this friendly vibe DNA, all of them. I don’t know how they do it. And the breakfast is superb. Not buffet but many menus you can order from. I would actually come here again for this breakfast. Really good.

We stayed for 1 night just want to experience. Room was clean, room service food was excellent, the 4/5 is scored for Housekeeping team on the floor, very polite and helpful. The only one thing we were not pleased about was the fire test. My partner and I work in the hospitality industry which we fully understand how fire test works in every hotel. However, this hotel did not organize or train the staff well to handle the test. Upon arrival, there was no information provided about the fire test. No letter in the Reception nor in the Room. The fire test starts at 11am on the check-out date, it was beeping not consistently and very short at first. I noticed that was probably fire test, me and my partner casually talked about that for couple of minutes. Until gradually it has partial announcement (it was on and off, a phrase was announced and being cut off half way that kind of thing), even though we understood that might be a fire test by experience. I decided to call down and confirm - the staff said, "this is a test for your room and will last few minutes". The statement was not nice as if I'm not experienced enough, I might think that the fire alarm might have issue in my room particularly. 10 minutes later, the announcement and siren starts heavily, while my partner finished his shower and started his phone call with business partner. He tried to last for 5 minutes and eventually he has to finish the call and call down again to Reception. All the above has gotten us confuse for 25 minutes at least. I told my partner that we should get going. We went out of the room, as previously we decided to go swimming and asked for late checkout since early morning - we wanted to take the lift which it was out of service due to the fire test. There was no one on the floor at all (usually there will be staff on every floor to check the fire door but it was not the case). We walked down to the staircase from level 8. Until level 3, we saw that there were signs for evacuation route (not clear). Also we saw that there was a big Cordless Drill/Driver left in the middle of the staircase. That looks so scary. My partner is already furious, he needed to jump pass that thing and see which path we should go next. As much as I'm usually more understanding and calm than my partner, I started to feel this is very upsetting. Luckily we are not with our little one. This is health and safety on your staircase in the middle of the evacuation route! There were few doors left open to some kind of construction side on level 3 and 2 that was easily accessible by anyone. Until we managed to walk to the lobby, all the staff looks very chill. No one even standing close to the staircase to explain (when the lift is out of service and you would expect there are guests coming down from staircase). We managed to speak to the Front Office Manager and was told that it was a last minute fire test that organized less than 24 hours. We work in the same industry and clearly know which department should be responsible for what task. 24 hours is very adequate to get last minute things prepared, if not, communication problems should be looked into - with all due respect, but that speaks a lot of the leadership of the Head of Operations. How could you have a 25 minutes fire test happen, before the guest check-out time (starts from 11am), with multiple unsuccessful attempt to get the siren and announcement clearly done, engineering equipment blocking the way which luckily that was turned off. The only one thing that I was glad was that we were not experiencing a real fire situation. As otherwise, experienced like us, I will have no clue if we can escape on time. All in all, we have passed the feedback to the FOM and hopefully this will be looked into and discuss further for the future process how to carry out a proper fire test. Other than this, everything else was excellent. We would still consider to come back again but might just request for low floor as in case.

We did’n like the scent of the air freshener used in the room which is lemongrass scented. It smells sour taste and not fresh feeling.Even the bodywash shampoo conditioner and handwash are lemongrass based too. And doesnt smell as fresh and delicate as the usual 5 star hotel. Quite disapointing.
