Suka banget sama tempatnya, bersih dan nyaman 🥰 Mba adminnya ramah, stafnya juga baik-baik, sampai pak satpamnya pun ramah. Nginap seminggu di sini betah banget. Lokasinya strategis, dekat ke mana-mana dan jajanan juga banyak. Loveee 🤍 nanti pasti ke sini lagi🤗

tempatnya strategis banget di tengah jakarta. ke mana2 gampang banyak opsi transportasi yang jelas. kamarnya bersih dan rapih. interior yang stylish bikin gak bosen stay di Tengah

3 hari 2 malam stay disini, dari segi lokasi bisa dibilang cukup strategis, kamar cukup nyaman dilengkapi dengan tv yg berfungsi baik, kamar mandi bersih (ada air panas), Ac dingin, dan sudah mendapatkan amenities. Oiya air minumnya refill 😍 Untuk service sangat-sangat ramah, dari security receptionist, OB nya pun ramah. Tempatnya dilengkapi dengan dapur, communal space, + lift, so buat kalian yg bawa koper berat don’t worry, atau kalo yg traveling bareng baby trus bawa stroller sangat2 terbantulah. Jangan lupa beli salad wrap yg disamping tempat ini, enak banget. Buat yg mau stay disini dengan harga yg terjangkau aku saranin coba check IGnya, biasanya ada promo2, kebetulan aku stay dengan promo 500K 3D2N + free salad wrap 🤭😍

Sudah bertahun-tahun saya memilih tempat ini untuk stay harian. Lokasinya strategis, fasilitasnya lengkap, tempat sangat bersih, dan staf ramah. Selalu nyaman setiap kali menginap di sini.

sudah book dari booking.com dari tgl 8 juli untuk tanggal 2-4 agustus dan telah melakukan konfirmasi by wa. namun saat check in tidak bisa karna penuh.

Kamar bersih,toilet aman ga jorok,layanan oke sat set meskipun belum booking wkwk,, Dapet free sikat,shampo dan sabun. Harga juga masih terjangkau,keamanan oke karna pake card untuk akses masuknya Tempatnya enak dipinggir jalan,jadi ojol jemput juga ga muter2,

Kacau sih, pesan kamar single dipakai berdua ternyata kena charge tambahan 100 ribu, terus bukannya dikasi tau pas diawal check in malah uang deposit nya pas check out yg gak dikembaliin. Pas check in juga gak ditanyain nginepnya ber brp. Sudah kena biaya tambahan gak ada komplimen apa apa lagi, kasur kecil, handuk sma alat mandi cuma utk 1 orang. Ditambah kamarnya juga gak kedap suara, jadinya malem malem susah tidur karena lorongnya berisik bgt suara orang keluar masuk kamar sebelah. Pelayanannya juga kurang ramah. perlu ditraining ini crew nya, padahal industri hospitaliti tpi kelas pelayanannya kayak penjaga kos kosan. Kapok dah kesini lagi, harga segini mending nginep di hotel sekalian yg sudah punya nama. Daripada nyoba nyoba nginep di tmpat begini.

Terakhir pesen lewat NamRoom dapet disc lumayan bgt di area setiabudi

Booking seminggu lalu bia traveloka. Pas check in infonya bookingan gak masuk ke sistem mereka. So, kamarnya tentu gak available. Pesan kamar double, sisanya cuma yg single. Means cuma buat seorang. Percuma booking jauh2 tapi ujung2 nya gk dapet kamar. Solusi yg diberikan, ya stay di kamar single atau refund. Gk ada solusi lain, sedangkan cari hotel baru udh susah. Datang jauh2, dan book jauh2 bukan jaminan kamarnya aman udh ke book. Belum kasih keputusan untuk refund atau ttp stay. Si mbak nya udh minta nomer tlp aja buat prosedur refund. Berapa lama refundnya? Infonya si sebulanan. Gila ya. Gak ada solusi, bantu cari hotel lain kek. Tiba2 diputusin gitu. Tentu kejadian yg saya alamin bukan yg pertama. Kalau gak percaya liat aja review di google ini yg kasih rating sama. Udah dijadiin evaluasi belum? Udah tau salah siapa? Merasa udah membantu belum calon tamu yg ternyata gk kebagian kamar padahal udah book lama. Ya emang si nginep cuma sehari. Infonya pun kamar habis dari sehari lalu check in. Berarti gk ada evaluasi dong, atau emang sengaja pilihnya yg stay lebih lama? Gatau juga sih ya. Nyesek, gondog, capek dateng jauh2. Yg harusnya bisa istirahat, harus capek2 lagi cari hotel. Terlepas salah dari OTA nya atau HOTEL nya. Jelas, merugikan. Semoga, buat yg mau check in kesini dan udah terlanjur check in. Make sure. Confirm langsung. Sekali lagi. SUDAH BOOK VIA APP BUKAN BERARTI KAMAR KALIAN AMAN!!

Sistem antara hotel dan OTA tidak sinkron. Sudah booking seminggu lalu, pas dateng hari H mau check in ternyata bookingan tidak masuk ke hotel. Dan seluruh kamar sudah full. Solusi yang diberikan pihak hotel hanya refund. Kecewa banget padahal udah jauh2 kesini. Sampe bingung mau cari hotel kemana lagi krna sudah banyak yg full dan mahal semua. Ditambah attitude resepsionisnya gak professional dalam menghandle komplain dari saya Buat yang mau kesini dan sudah booking via OTA lebih baik makesure dulu apakah bookingan kalian sudah masuk apa belum jgn sampe zonk kaya saya. Karena menurut resepsionis hotel, ini sudah beberapa kali terjadi. Berarti tidak ada improvement dari pihak hotel terkait hal ini

lokasi strategis, kamar bersih, single bed minimalis tapi nyaman, ada meja dan kursi.. view rooftopnya juga baguss.. kayaknya next kalo ke jkarta bakal nginep sini lagi deh.. hihihi..

Gak salah nya nihhh tempat nya nyamann bgt biss booking lewat namroom juga dapet disc lebih jahh lebih murah

Hotel simple dan strategis untuk kemana-mana di Jakarta. Kamarnya cukup besar, lobby dan common room nya menarik untuk berfoto-foto. Dan rooftop nya seru kalau malam bisa liat city light Kuningan. ❤️

tempat bagus, AC kamar 309 agak berisik, satpam ramah, tempat cantik untuk foto2, harga lumayan murah, kamar mandi cantik tapi air hangatnya kurang panas, rooftop luas ada tempat bakar2nya. tisu hanya disediakan satu roll di kamar mandi AC tidak terlalu dingin, ada pantry(?) ada kulkas juga, kamar ada semutnya di meja

Tempat nginap paling nyaman. Resepsionis dan satpamnya ramah. Lokasi juga strategis kalau mau kemana-mana. Banyak tempat makan di sekitar. Rooftopnya ter the best lah

Batal nginep minggu lalu karena katanya kamarnya udah dipake sama yang walk in terus katanya datanya nggak masuk dari Travelokanya. Katanya juga mereka lupa close yang ada di app tiket traveloka dll. Akhirnya ditawarin direfund terus menjanjikan proses refund akan kelar dalam 3 hari tapi sampe sekarang udah mau seminggu belum direfund. PRnya menghubungi dan bilang akan update prosesnya tapi harus dichat dulu baru kasih update. 🙂 Capek

Lokasinya sangat strategis, di tengah kota. Tapi untuk kamarnya kurang kedap suara jadi kedengeran suara kendaraan dari luar. Service pegawai hotelnya sangat baik & ramah termasuk securitynya.

Coba ada breakfes,harga kan hampir sama dengan hotel,kan lebih mantapp

Niat mau istirhat. suara mesin AC nya bunyi kayak lg manasin mobil.

Sebuah penginapan yang sangat berkelas dan esklusif, dengan didukung area yg membuat nyaman, tersedia area comunal, pantry, area parkir ada Basement, akses mudah MRT, LRT, Transjakrta, sistem keamanan yg terjaga baik, security 24jam, ada fasilitas Wifi, service house kepping yang sangat memuaskan, ada reseptionis yang ramah dan sigap, minimarket dekat, berada ditengah-tengah kota.

Dapat kamar yang bagus pemandangan dan bersih. Hanya saja bagian pintu ada sedikit bolongan, meski tidak tembus, tetap membuat waswas bagi tamu wanita spt saya. Saran utk ditindaklanjuti. Tapi selama menginap, aman. Ada petugas yang menjaga. Terima kasih 🙏🏼

𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀 & 𝗡𝘆𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗶 𝗦𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗯𝘂𝗱𝗶! Lagi solo trip atau dinas di Jakarta? Tempat ini juaranya lokasi. Pros: • Lokasi Juara: Minimarket, kopi, laundry tinggal jalan kaki. Hemat ongkir! • Kamar Lega: Layout-nya pas, nggak pengap, gak bau sprei nya dan ada meja kerja proper. • Fasilitas Oke: Shower air panasnya deras & ada balkon kecil biar handuk nggak apek. • Bersih: Kamar wangi netral, bebas bau apek dan rokok. Ada Balkon buat jemur baju Cons: • Hiburan: Belum smart TV, ga ada Netflix. • Amenities: Sabun/sampo kecil banget, mending bawa sendiri. Handuk tersedia. Catatan: Bantalnya sudah agak kempes, perlu diganti biar tidur lebih maksimal. Handuk juga udah tipis, Sisanya, recommended banget! Jarak ke MRT terdekat Setiabudi/Dukuh atas bisa jalan atau prefer naik ojol.☺️

Saya pernah melakukan long stay di Tengah, dan pengalamannya sangat tidak menyenangkan. Privasi saya dilanggar karena pemilik masuk ke kamar tanpa izin saat saya tidak di tempat. Padahal, saya memasang tanda 'Clean Up' khusus untuk staf housekeeping, namun justru pemilik yang masuk dan memeriksa isi kamar saya secara sepihak!

Stayed for almost a year. Perfect room size, enough basic amenities. Shared kitchen facilities are adequate ( stove, microwave and toaster oven), shared refrigerators. A very cozy lounge on the ground floor, rooftop access perfect for watching fireworks. 24 hours security. Staff’s hospitality with high standard of service. I can see that the staffs are trained well. Location is very strategic, in the main street so you don’t have to worry about curfew that often happens on smaller streets.

My first time staying here & I can 100% say that I’ll definitely come back because of how worth the price it was Clean rooms, comfy, they also got pantry where you can refill water & store some food in the fridge which is great! If you’re a content creator, you will love this place due to how much #OOTIDI spots they got ♥️ The staffs are all very friendly & helpful as well, such a lovely stay! Great place to have a mini staycation with ur friends / partner, they got netflix & Youtube on TV too :3

Was happy to find it. Price/quality is over the roof (I payed 300k). Especially liked care for details, free water refill, cozy big public space for work and chill, nice rooftop with easy access and sink with toilet, little yard for smoke and so on. Of course you will not get a most comfortable bed or a soundproof for that price, but you get clean, cozy place with good vibes.

Really love the raw concrete interior design complemented with graphic design pieces! The room is minimalistic and aesthetic, and the double blinds were convenient for shade/privacy. Great central location, though it’s 1km from the nearest bus/mrt station so I ended up taking Gojek bikes. Staff was friendly too, and there’s security at the hotel door. Some things to note: - it’s true that you can hear the traffic outside and sounds from the corridor, but with my ear plugs the noises were audible but not too jarring. If it was crowded it could be noisy. Couldn’t hear morning prayer call - the sheets didn’t feel very clean, but I can’t verify if they were washed/unwashed - towel is kinda smelly, like it’s not tried properly/used for too long 😅 - the bidet spray’s water smells very strongly of sewage 😳 - no hairdryer available I would still stay here again if I came back to Jakarta for the vibes and location, unless I wanted to be closer to public transport!

I really enjoy my stay here. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The internet is also good. The common space can be used anytime, so you can work comfortably here. Beside the building, there is also a salad wrap shop for an easy breakfast. Worth the price!

I really love the place and asking the admin contact to book the place for long term. Take a long time to get a response from the admin, and once you get it, it is a standard response without taking the consideration of the information that I provided previously. I do really appreciate in place support (i.e. security) who gave me a lot information though.

The location is quite prime nearby to anywhere and easy to reach. They have small parking area in the front for 1 car and few at the basement. Comfortable bed and clean blanket is a plus too. But the room might need upgrade on the noise matters, the aircond generator outside sounds loud in the evening before we sleeping like a baby. Free refill of mineral water on each floor with a water dispenser, good move for sustainable living. Wifi is okay, TV channel is limited to locals. Deposit on your checkin is either 100K or keep ID card on the receptionist.

Not as good as the review in booking app, the receptionist isnt too friendly n helpful. i got everything single for my whole stay (1 mineral water & 1 towel, no tissue, refrigi, for 3days) no room service, so i cant call this place as a proper hotel. Theres some people doing project in the next building i guess, which i can still hear clearly from my room, i can even feel and hear the guest in the next room when they move or laugh. The only good thing about this place is the location, also its new so everything in the room works properly. But yeah i hope this place will improve their service in the future. Based on my experience this place isnt worth the price.

The place looks as shown in the photos and would be a good choice for the price — but WiFi works very badly for me, still not sure why.

First time staying here and honestly, no complaints at all. The location is super convenient—really close to where I needed to go (which was a huge plus lol). Getting around was easy since the LRT station is nearby, and there are plenty of food spots around if you’re hungry but too lazy to order delivery. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The AC worked perfectly, and the TV actually worked too—not just there for decoration 😂 (though I ended up not really watching it). Biggest shoutout to the staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly and welcoming, from the front desk to the security team. They made the whole stay feel nice and hassle-free. Would definitely stay here again :)
